Andy - Lead Guitar

Andy Farmer is one of the members of The Blue Beats Duo and also plays lead guitar and sings in the Blue Beats Band.

Andy first picked up a guitar at the young age of twelve and, with the encouragement of his music teacher at school, went on to start the band which later became The Blue Beats.

Andy is a truly talented guitarist who can mimic virtually and lead solo in modern Pop history.  He loves to knock out a pure Rock'n'Roll solo such as those produced by Chuck Berry and Carl Perkins on the Fifties and Sixties.  His common love of Beatles music, and Rock'n'Roll in general, helped him to bond with the other members of the band which now plays a much wider variety of guitar-based music.
